These terms apply to Launch Check and Dev Hype services provided by Dev Hype ("we", "us").
Only submit sites and repositories you own or are authorized to test. Launch Check runs non-destructive, read-only checks.
A Launch Check audit is a best-effort report of issues found at the time of the audit. It is not a guarantee that your site is secure or bug-free and does not replace a full penetration test. Dev Hype delivers draft launch copy for you to review, edit and post yourself; we never post on your behalf.
We never modify your code, data or infrastructure.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card details, calculates any applicable tax at checkout and emails your receipt. Subscriptions (Every Release, Ongoing Hype) are not yet available; when they launch they will renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
This policy applies to both Launch Check and Dev Hype. If work on your order hasn't started, you can request a full refund. Once work has started or been delivered, we'll provide a free revision instead of a refund.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Audit findings and project materials are shared only with you.
